My Story
Before I launched my own practice, I worked in community mental health. I saw how important accessible mental health care is and how hard it is to provide it within systems weighed down by red tape and politics. Fun fact about me: I don’t have the patience (or personality) for all of that.
So, I took the leap and created CLE Counseling and Wellness Center, a values-driven group practice that offers trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming care that accepts insurance, including Medicaid. Along the way, I realized something else… other therapists were questioning how the hell I pulled this off and if they could, too.
Once Upon a Practice was born from that question. Welcome to a coaching and consulting space where I help mental health professionals write their own success stories!
